Opening of the Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya All-Inclusive Resort in Mexico
Hilton today announced the official opening of its first-ever all-inclusive property in Tulum, a tourist hotspot on Mexico’s Caribbean coast: the Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya All-Inclusive Resort.
Nestled between a grove of mangrove trees and the clear, shallow waters and white sands of Tulum, this resort is a destination in itself. Located on the same sprawling campus as Hilton’s recently launched Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya resort, the new all-inclusive Hilton Tulum property represents a new class of coastal retreat that combines extensive amenities, excellent service and cultural enrichment.
With 735 rooms, housed in three-story villa-style buildings, Hilton Tulum now becomes the company’s largest resort in all of the Caribbean and Latin America. Rooms at the resort have private balconies with ocean or garden views, with all 59 suites having balconies with ocean views. The interior of the rooms draws on a soothing color palette that mirrors the soothing natural tones of the resplendent exterior setting.
Hilton Tulum’s all-inclusive dining scene includes 13 concept-driven dining options, spanning five signature restaurants, a café and deli, an array of upscale bars and lounges, and numerous casual dining offerings at the edge of the swimming pool.
In addition to its stunning swimmable beach, Hilton Tulum has eight pools and five hot tubs, each with its own distinctive vibe, as well as a secluded family area with a children’s wading pool, water play area, playground and activities. Other on-site offerings include world-class theatrical entertainment, live music, family fun, and authentic cultural experiences.
Guests of the Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya All-Inclusive Resort also enjoy dual resort privileges at the Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya next door, with five other gourmet restaurants, six bars, and the Conrad Spa Tulum.
Located just 13 km north of Tulum, the resort offers easy access to the city and famous sites and attractions in the area, such as the famous ancient Mayan ruins of the Sian Kaan Biosphere Reserve. Besides its beautiful white sand beaches, this eco-chic destination is renowned for its many other natural splendours, such as its many lagoons, crystal clear cenotes and otherworldly caverns.
The opening of Hilton Tulum represents the latest step in Hilton’s ongoing efforts to rapidly grow its portfolio of all-inclusive properties, located in prime beachfront destinations; while simultaneously expanding its footprint in Mexico, Latin America and the Caribbean.
Given the growing popularity of all-inclusives, Hilton is clearly aiming to claim its share of the pie. In 2021 alone, the company has increased the number of all-inclusive rooms in the Caribbean and Latin America by almost 75%, and plans to add nearly 30 more Hilton-branded properties in Mexico over the next few years. In total, Hilton currently operates more than 80 properties in Mexico and more than 180 hotels in the Caribbean and Latin America.
