Mario Selar has been appointed Director of Beverages at the Westin Anaheim Resort
Prior to his role at the Westin Anaheim Resort, Selar served as Point of Sale Manager for Marriott and Hyatt properties located in Orange County, as well as General Manager of Silver Trumpet Restaurant & Bar in Orange County. During its stay at the Silver Trumpet, the dining destination has been honored with the prestigious Wine Spectator’s Restaurant Award of Excellence three years in a row.
At the Westin Anaheim Resort, Selar will be responsible for developing inspiring menus and programs, overseeing banquets and catering, budgeting, team management and more. His knowledge of the world, his ideas and his passion for beverage concepts and offerings will set a precedent to soak up in Anaheim and beyond.
